DAMMstable — DAMM Stablecoin Fund
DAMMstable is a market-neutral USD fund designed to deliver risk-adjusted returns by combining decentralized market-making models with diversified strategies across battle-tested DeFi infrastructure.
Objective
The fund actively allocates capital across a range of yield optimization techniques, aiming to maximize nominal returns on stablecoins.
- Income generation — diversified DeFi yield: algorithmic liquidity provision, overcollateralized lending, and fixed-income strategies.
- Capital preservation — allocations restricted to blue-chip protocols with adequate liquidity, solvency, and operational robustness; on-chain permission policies constrain every action the fund can take.
- Diversification — exposure spread across protocols, position types, and chains to reduce reliance on any single source of return or risk.
- Liquidity — request-based subscriptions and redemptions with T+1 processing when needed.
Strategy
DAMMstable deploys capital through a diversified set of strategies:
- Algorithmic liquidity provision on DEXes like Uniswap, powered by in-house models.
- Overcollateralized lending via trusted on-chain credit protocols.
- Fixed income using zero-coupon bonds and fixed-rate lending protocols.
The result is a transparent, partially algorithmic, discretionary capital allocation model — built to preserve principal while compounding stable, on-chain-native yield across blue-chip DeFi ecosystems.
