DAMMbtc — DAMM Bitcoin Fund
DAMMbtc is a BTC-denominated fund designed to generate Bitcoin-native yield by deploying WBTC into rule-based, market-neutral strategies on Ethereum — capturing on-chain yield while preserving BTC as the unit of account.
Objective
- BTC-native income — returns are generated and measured in BTC; track performance in the fund's native share price, not its USD value.
- Rule-based, market-neutral execution — concentrated-liquidity market making between WBTC and highly liquid BTC-pegged tokens; no leverage, no directional exposure beyond BTC itself.
- On-chain enforced mandate — the fund's allocation path is constrained by on-chain permission policies (Zodiac Roles); capital can only flow into the pre-approved strategy set.
- Fees charged once — the fund allocates into DAMM's BTC execution vehicle, which charges no fees of its own; investors pay fees only at the DAMMbtc level.
Since BTC is non-native to Ethereum, BTC-denominated DeFi strategies inherently carry additional wrapped-asset risk compared to ETH- or USD-denominated equivalents.
Strategy
DAMMbtc currently allocates to the DAMM BTC Algo Fund — a rule-based concentrated-liquidity market-making strategy between WBTC and highly liquid BTC tokens (such as cbBTC and tBTC) on blue-chip DEXes, run per-pair in isolated execution accounts. The mandate is designed to scale into carry trades against highly liquid, conservative assets on blue-chip protocols as the fund grows.
